I have been going to Scituate, MA at least twice every year since I was born to visit family. I’m now 22 and have yet to see anyone close to my age in this state. Where are all of the young people?!

haha not exactly how it works, but if you want a job in music you should just work your way up through people. Stay in the scene and maybe work for friends bands and see where that goes.Just get yourself out there and make your own name.
